We want to supply you the music enthusiast, with all of your dance music needs, from that rare piece of vinyl to the latest promo release. We also operate a record finding service, whereby if you request an item that is currently unavailable, then through the various means available exclusively to us, we can go out and find that item for you.

delivery information - uk customers
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of them being placed. Delivery
usually takes between 1 to 7 working days.

delivery information - international customers
We aim to despatch all international orders within 24 hours of them being
placed.
Delivery to European countries usually takes between 3 to 5 workings days.
Delivery to all other countries usually takes between 3 to 10 working days.
However all international customers should allow up to 28 days for delivery.

general information
Only orders sent by a recorded or registered mail can by tracked by using
the reference number provided. Orders sent by standard mail cannot be
tracked and are sent with no insurance. Therefore we highly recommend you chose
your order to be sent by either registered or recorded delivery.
You can request your order to be sent by a courier service for example UPS or FEDEX if you wish. This service allows the customer to track the parcel all the way from start to finish. However this will incur extra cost to the customer.
products
All music recordings supplied by BRA are a mixture of new and old, and all
items are checked for quality before being despatched. Merchandise and
equipment supplied are all brand new unless otherwise stated.
packaging
All items are sent using the appropriate packaging to ensure the goods are
in a satisfactory condition when they arrive. Where orders are sent with
insurance then this insurance covers you in case of damage in transit as
well as if the goods are lost in transit.
prices
We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice. All orders are
accepted subject to availability. Once a record is sold we may review the
price of that record once it is re stocked. Also, if you request an item
through our back order facility or through a wants list, the price of this
record may vary to that of the price the record was originally advertised
for. This is due to the extra expense it takes to track down a record and
how much we need to pay for the record.
customs & duty taxes
Customers are fully responsible for all Customs and Duty taxes. If you
refuse to pay these taxes then your order will be abandoned and you risk
losing your goods.
purchasing - credit & debit cards
BRA records reserve the right to only ship orders to the card holders
address. If an order is sent to a non card holder address it is done so at
the customer's liability. Please notify us before sending your order if you
wish the order to be sent to a non cardholder address. You must supply us
with their address and a way to contact the cardholder. We will then contact
them in order to gain their approval before sending out your goods.
We use all possible measures to ensure the information you have given us is correct in order to prevent fraud. If we are suspicious then we reserve the right to suspend your order until further notice. Use of stolen cards will result in us notifying the police and court action will follow.
purchasing - cheques
We only accept cheques that are drawn on UK banks. Please also ensure that
the money is in UK pounds sterling, as we are not responsible to exchanging
money. We will despatch your order once your cheque has cleared in our account.
Please allow 7 working days for your cheque to clear.
purchasing - money transfer, postal orders, cash
All monies sent in this way are cleared on the same day, which will result
in your order being despatched immediately when possible. More information
can be found in our PAYMENT section.
returns - mail order
An item can only be returned if it is sent to you in a faulty condition or
it is sent to you in error. If this is the case then please contact us at
sales@brarecords.com
We cannot accept returns if it is because the record is not the correct mix or it is not the item you thought it was etc, as we believe we supply enough information on our web site for you to ensure the item you are buying is the item you are looking for.
Once the return is agreed by us then you can send it to our returns department. Please contact us for the returns address.
UK Customers must return the item within 5 working days of the delivery date. If you do not return the item (s) within this time period then we will not accept the return and the item will be returned to you and you will have to pay for all return postage.
International Customers must return the item within 10 working days of delivery date. If we do not receive the item (s) within this time period then we will not accept the return and the item will be returned to you and you will have to pay for the return postage.
Please notify us before returning an item (s) by emailing your reason why to sales@brarecords.com
It is also essential that you return item (s) in their original packaging. If returning a music recording please ensure the item is packed securely and that you take out adequate insurance to cover any loss or damage. Any item sent back that does not comply to these requirements will be automatically sent back to you and you will be liable for the return postage.
Please note that when returning an item for any reason you are fully responsible for all postage and packaging charges as well as insurance cover.
Also if you return an item and we find it to be in working order then it will be returned to you and you will be charged for the return the postage and any subsequent administration charges.
Once a return is accepted by ourselves you will be issued with either an exchange where possible or a credit note which will be valid for 3 months.
shop sales
A item bought in person from our shop cannot be returned under any
circumstance. We have listening posts in our store which allows you to
listen to the record and check its condition etc. Therefore there is no
reason as to why the item should be returned.
wants lists
We operate a record finding service so if you request an item on a wants
list we will then go out and try and find that record for you. If you are an
existing customer we will then automatically send out that item to you if we
find it within 6 months. It is up to you the customer to contact us if you
find it elsewhere. We will then delete it from your wants list. If we find
it after 6 months then we will email to check that you still wants this
item.
If you are a new customer we will email you when your requested item(s) next come into stock.
back order
Any record placed on back order will be automatically sent to you. If we do
not have your payment details we will contact you first. You can cancel your
back order whenever you want to, up to when we find the item.
Please note we will not charge your card unless we have the item in our possession and it is ready to send to you.
